Texas hold 'em with Mel


Workout duration: 27 minutes

You’ve gotta know when to hold ‘em, that’s for sure. This is a strong static holds class that will absolutely have you shaking in your boots by the end of it. Mel makes us work, that’s why we love her. 

Do I need equipment?

If you have some light weights or a resistance band bring them along, or grab an alternative (i.e. water bottle, cans) 

What is the workout?

You'll complete each static hold exercise for 45 seconds then rest for 20 seconds and move onto the next exercise. You'll complete the whole workout 2 times. 

  • Clam shell (left side)
  • Clam shell (right side)
  • Squat hold
  • Side plank (left side)
  • Side plank (right side)
  • Front hold
  • Standard plank
  • Lateral hold
  • Glute bridge
  • V-hold
