Four to the core I am sure, I want a flat tum not a sphere, I could have a six pack, the ab kind not the beer. This class is going to hit you where it hurts, right in the tum-tum. Leigh’s classes are smooth and flow-y but they’re certainly not easy.

What is the workout?
This workout is full of strong core movements!
- long low-bridge hold
- Strong held-crunches with twists and reaching
- 10 (each side) x plank forward reaches
- 10 (each side) x plank leg raises and abductions
- 5 x plank round the world raises
- Low boat position: 5 x right hip/middle/left hip rocks
- 8 x right hip/middle/left hip rocks
- 3 x follow-the-hands round the world low boat holds
