What equipment is needed?

No equipment is needed for this workout. 

What is the workout?

You'll work for 45 seconds, take a 15 second rest in between exercises and repeat 2 to 3 rounds:

  • Double crunch
  • Mountain climbers
  • Bicycles
  • Knee to elbow plank
  • Glute bridge
  • High plank hold
  • Knee high jog or march
