What is the workout?
You'll work for 45 seconds, take a 15 second rest in between exercises and repeat 2 to 3 rounds:
- Double crunch
- Mountain climbers
- Bicycles
- Knee to elbow plank
- Glute bridge
- High plank hold
- Knee high jog or march
