We’re giving you extra big helpings of core, you can’t say we don’t give the people what they want! This class is extra strong and will have you feeling on top of the world, and on top of the week once you’re done. 

Do I need equipment? 

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you want one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 30 sec hip roll
  • 30 sec glute bridge
  • 30 sec hand walk with shoulder tap
  • 30 sec Side lunge and touch down.

Workout

Workout 1

You'll complete 4 exercise for 45 seconds each and rest for 15 seconds in between. You'll complete 2 rounds. 

  • Mountain climbers
  • Glute bridge march
  • Rocking plank
  • Quick feet with touch down and jump.

Workout 2

You'll complete 4 exercise for 45 seconds each and rest for 15 seconds in between. You'll complete 2 rounds. 

  • Bear crawl
  • plank hold with foot lift
  • Rotate and touch
  • High plank with leg lift
  • Ankle and knee touch.
