Get that core ready for the feasting with this hot little workout from Bill! We know that summer holidays and festive fun can involve a fair bit of indulging and you 100% deserve to go WILD! But remember, it’s all about balance and this class will really tip the scales in your favour.
You'll hold a plank, complete 12 exercises, plank again and then repeat the exercises.
