Work it!

This circuit will get you working up a sweat in no time, there are 10 exercises in total. You can rest for 10 to 20 seconds between each one and once you’ve finished all ten take a 60 second breather and repeat. Aim for 3 rounds and you’ll be feeling as humid as a Brisbane summer!

Feel like taking some risks? Turn your workout into a game of chance! All you need is a single die and a healthy dose of courage.

Easier said than run

Oof! There’s nothing quite like some cardio for a good old dose of endorphins. So if you’re feeling a little sluggish, shake things up and smash your way through this spicey workout.

Achy Breakey Heart

Get ready to feel achy and breakey tomorrow cos this workout will have you huffin’ and puffin’ like a certain wolf from a certain nursery rhyme in no time.

Get Fit with HIIT

Get sweaty and power through this workout to give your legs a run for their money. If you’re ready for a challenge, a sweaty challenge, then this one’s for you! You’ll complete part 1 then part 2 of this workout.

Melt

This 20 minute hot and spicy cardio workout will get you working up a layer or two of sweat! This workout is 100% bodyweight and can be performed at your local park, sports oval or even in your backyard. 

Bill's Blissful Cardio

We know cardio can be hard, so Bill’s created an equipment free cardio circuit that will keep you on your toes for 25 minutes. You’ll complete 24 exercises in groups of 2. Perform the 2 exercises for 20 seconds each, then take 20 seconds rest.
