Our Pilates classes are designed with your whole body in mind. They are strong, warming and lengthening, helping you to cultivate a powerful core and move through life with poise.

Balance is so important! It’s what keeps us from falling and helps us to move through life with confidence. This class encourages you to work on your balance by firing up your glutes and core and encourages you to think about how what you learn and cultivate in class translates to a healthier life.

All you need is a mat, water bottle and 30 minutes. Enjoy!
