Please note our payment provider charges $5 for any membership payment rejections which we are unable to refund, so make sure your details are correct to avoid this.
View current payment method
- Log in to the portal
- Select 'Account'
- Navigate to 'Payment Settings'
Add new payment method
- Log in to the portal
- Select 'Account'
- Navigate to 'Payment Settings'
- Select 'Add new payment method'
- Choose your payment method (bank details or debit/credit card)
- Enter your details
- Save and you'll see a notification confirming your new details have been added to your account.
Please note:
- The most recent payment method added will appear at the bottom of your saved payment methods if you have more than one.
- The payment method listed at the top under payment methods for contract (see below screenshot) is the selected payment method that will be charged.
Delete old payment method
If you have multiple payment options you may want to delete old ones you no longer want to use. To do this:
- Log in to the portal
- Select 'Account'
- Navigate to 'Payment Settings'
- Select 'delete' next to the payment method you want to delete. Please note, if this payment method is selected as your 'current payment methods for contract' you cannot delete it.
- Save and you'll see a notification confirming your new details have been added to your account.
