You can purchase a variety of multi visit passes on our online portal or in person at our venues for swim, gym and group exercise.  

What multi visit passes are available?

• 10 visit multi passes: expire 6 months from date of purchase
• 25 visit multi passes: expire 12 months from date of purchase

Please note:

• You cannot suspend your multi visit pass
• Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions
• Multi visit passes are non-transferrable to others persons, products or services

I don't have an account

If you don't already have an account you will need to create a free account before you can proceed. 

I have an existing account

1. Log in to the online portal.
2. Select 'Account' in the main menu then 'My Purchases'.
3. Select the purple 'make a purchase' button on the right side of the page. You will now be able to see all the multi visit pass options.  
4. Select the Multi Visit Pass option you would like to purchase
5. Select 'buy'
6. Enter your payment details and select 'process payment' when finalised.
7. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your multi visit pass terms and conditions.

View my multi visit pass

1. Log in to the online portal.
2. Select 'Account' in the main menu
3. Select 'My Purchases'.
4. View how many passes you have remaining as well as your expiry date.
