Yoga meditation with Caragh

Workout duration: 24 minutes

In this class, we will be focusing on activating the parasympathetic nervous system, to relax the body and quieten the mind.

We will start off by tuning into the here and now, work through 2 different breathing exercises, and finally move into some restorative poses to integrate the techniques touched on throughout the class.

Roll out your mat, find a cozy corner and just take some time to chill out. This class is a mix of meditation, breathing and stretching and will have you feeling very zen.
