- 4 point kneeling
- Arm/leg extension
- Fire Hydrant
- Half plank with variations
- Repeat 4 point kneeling side work
- Elevated with extension side kick and heel flick leg raises
- Glute stretch lay on back - Toe taps
- Stuck turtle
- Oblique prep
- Oblique crunches (repeat on opposite side)
