Workout duration: 29 minutes

You’ve got to look after your body – particularly if you’re home office set up is less than ideal or you’re spending lots of time curled up on the couch. This Pilates class focuses on strengthening your core and lengthening your body – giving you the chance to stretch and fortify when your body needs it most.

Do I need any equipment?

No equipment is needed, just a mat if you need one. 

What is the workout?

Warm up

  • 4 point kneeling
  • Arm/leg extension
  • Horse
  • Fire Hydrant

Workout

  • Half plank with variations
  • Repeat 4 point kneeling side work
    - Clams
    - Elevated with extension side kick and heel flick leg raises
    - Glute stretch lay on back - Toe taps
    - Stuck turtle
    - Oblique prep
    - Oblique crunches (repeat on opposite side)
