A lower-body stretching routine for cyclists and runners alike or those spending a lot of time in a seated position.
It's a gradual progression from simple stretches with 20 to 30 second holds to more intense stretches requiring moderate levels of flexibility (unsuitable for individuals with pre-existing hip or knee injuries).
