What is the workout?
Warm up
- 60 sec arm circle variations
- 30 sec tap and pull
- 30 sec step back with uppercut
- 30 sec march.
Workout
Cardio
40 sec work x 2 rounds
- Jumping jack
- Jump rope
- Side tap and punch
- Jump rope butt kick
- Jog and squat
Strength:
40 sec work x 2 rounds
- Shoulder shrug and lift
- Arm row with leg extension
- Arnold press with knee raise
- Goblet squat
- Chair push up with rotation.
Balance
Curtsy lunge and hold (right and left)
Walk and hold (right and left).
Cool down
Stretch.
