Sharon's here with the smooth moves, she's real slick. This workout is perfect for everyone - it's a full body mobility workout. You can start your day with it and then move onto something more vigorous, or just leave it at that.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed. If you have a kettlebell or weight you can grab one to use for the kettlebell swing exercise.
What is the workout?
This is a mobility routine.
- Lateral neck flexion
- Neck flexion and extension
- Neck twist
- Shoulder roll
- Arm circles
- Arm cross and pull
- Trunk circles
- Trunk rotation
- Car stretch
- Hip circles
- Kettlebell swing (if you have a kettlebell use it here, otherwise it can be done without)
- Knee slap
- Static side lunge
- Sumo squat hold with calf raise
- Hand walk into high plank and child pose
- Spinal roll
