- 30 second cross and reach
- 30 second good morning
- 30 sec single leg deadlift (right and left)
- 30 second march
Workout
You'll complete a total of 10 exercises with 10 each side
- 10 x leg lifts
- 10 x leg extensions
- 6 x squat hold
- 10 x sumo squat
- 10 x each side butt kick
- 10 x calf raise
- 10 x each seated twist
- 10 x crunch
- 10 x each side knee to chest crunch
- 15 sec bicycles
