This body balance class if one for all you Les Mills aficionados out there, so if you have Body Balance tracks, this is the time to pump them and get ready to sweat! If you’re new to Les Mills, all good – Lisa’s lovely garden oasis and calm manner will have you feeling lighter and brighter as you move your body.
