- Low bridge hold with shoulder mobilisation
- Series of held-crunches with twists and reaches.
You'll flow through the following exercises:
x 1 each leg plank lunge > knee to chest + arm up x 5 lunge > rotate open + swap arms x 5 hands down push-ups x 3
(x 1 each leg) plank lunge > knee to chest + arm up x 5 lunge > rotate open + swap arms x 5 knee over toes lunge x 3 wide leg side bend hold x 10s each side squat hold + bent over reverse flys x 10 hands down push-ups x 5
(x 1 each leg) plank > side plank step forward to lunge > knee to chest + arm up x 5 lunge > rotate open + swap arms x 5 knee over toes lunge x 3 SL arabesque + knee to chest x 5 wide leg Side bend hold x 20s each side squat hold + bent over reverse flys x 10 walk to wide leg plank > quadruped step ups x 5 walk hands to stand up hands down push-ups x 7
