What is the workout?
You'll complete exercises and follow Sharon's instructions to work on your balance:
- Single leg chair squat
- Standing on one leg hold
- Hip abduction
- Hip extension
- Leg different ways
- One foot in front of the other (tandem stance)
- Side walk - one leg in front and one behind
- Calf and heel raises
