Get ready to jumpstart your fitness journey in a supportive and safe environment with our brand-new Youth Small Group Training classes!

What is Youth Small Group Training?

Youth Small Group Training are 30 minute classes designed to focus on functional movement patterns and give our younger gym members a solid foundation for safe and effective workouts.

Limited to just 6 participants, this program is the perfect opportunity for young people to learn, grow, and achieve fitness goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

When and where will classes run?

Youth Small Group Training classes will commence on Monday 2 October and run from 4.15pm Monday to Friday alternating between our three leisure centres.

How do I book a session?

You must be a current Yarra Youth member to join our Youth Small Group Training class.

Log in to our online portal and book your spot so you don't miss out.

Set the class filter to 'Yarra Youth – Small Group Training' and select the class you'd like to book.

You can also book in person at reception.

*Please note, bookings will be available 72 hours in advance and remain open until the class begins, in line with our booking process.
