Small Group Training
Exciting news! Calling all young fitness enthusiasts as we introduce our brand-new Youth Small Group Training classes, launching alongside our updated timetable on Monday 2 October.
These Small Group Training classes are exclusive to our Yarra Youth members and provide a safe, instructor-led class where Yarra Youth members can learn the ropes and get fit with their peers.

What's changed?
Class times
The following class times have changed:
- Circuit Blitz (Small Group Training) on Tuesday at Richmond has moved to a new class time of 7.15am (formerly 8.15am)
- Meditation on Wednesday at Fitzroy has moved to the new class time of 8.15am (formerly 10.30am)
- Circuit Blitz (Small Group Training) on Thursday at Richmond has moved to a new class time of 7.15am (formerly 8.15am)
