Changes to fees and charges 2023/24: Yarra Leisure

As part of the 2023-24 annual budget process, Yarra City Council have adopted an increase in fees and charges across its services, including Yarra Leisure, to maintain high standards and keep improving our facilities.
Council adopted the budget with the below changes at a council meeting on Monday 19 June.
When will the new fees and charges be introduced?
- Casual programs and services including visit passes: Monday 17 July 2023
- Membership fees: Tuesday 18 July 2023
- Swim School membership fees: there will be no change to Swim School membership fees
What are the casual prices?
The casual prices listed below are effective from Monday 17 July 2023.

Please note: 10 visits are valid for six months and 25 visits are valid for 1 year.

The membership fees listed below are effective from Tuesday 18 July 2023.

2023/24 planned facility improvements
In the adopted budget for 2023/24, Yarra City Council has committed to more than $3 million of improvements to our venues. These facility improvements include:
- Burnley Golf Course re-design works
- Preliminary designs for the transition of our leisure centres from gas to 100% renewable electricity, commencing with Collingwood Leisure Centre
- An upgrade of the pool mechanical plant systems as part of the pool equipment renewal program at Collingwood Leisure Centre, Fitzroy Swimming Pool and Richmond Recreation Centre.
