Our HIIT45 classes are getting a refresh! From Monday 3 July, HIIT45 is becoming three all new Circuit style classes designed to target different areas.  

Cardio and Core

Style: Challenging, cardio and core-focused

Want to sculpt a strong, toned core? This cardio and core focused circuit class is the ultimate way to challenge your abs, obliques, and lower back. With a variety of cardio intervals and core-specific exercises, you'll feel the burn in all the right places. Whether you're looking to strengthen your core for athletic performance or simply to look and feel your best, this challenging workout is sure to deliver results.

Team Tabata

Style: High energy cardio and strength mix

Working individually with your own equipment, complete functional strength and cardio exercise in a group format. Competing only with yourself, you will have others around you to lift, motivate and inspire you.

Total Body

Style: Full body, strength and cardio combination

Looking for a workout that targets every muscle group and leaves you feeling energized and strong? Total Body is just what you need, with a combination of cardio, functional and strength exercises, you'll work every muscle group in your body and get a heart-pumping workout. Whether you're new to Group Exercise or a seasoned pro, this full-body challenge is sure to leave you feeling accomplished and invigorated.

What are circuit classes?

Circuit classes are high intensity, combining body weight exercises and the latest in functional training equipment to get you feeling strong and energised! Classes run for 45 minutes.
