What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training classes are small circuit style sessions run in the gym. They go for 30 minutes and are exclusive to members with gym access.

A gym instructor leads you through exercises using different gym equipment and spaces.

You will get a lot of support from the gym instructor, as class sizes are limited to 6 to 8 people depending on the class type.

You'll get a short and intense workout that is perfect when you haven't got much time or are getting familiar with the gym space.
