We're changing things up this season with a brand-new timetable that'll keep you motivated and moving through the colder months. 

What's new? 

Small Group Training

Your favourite Small Group Training classes are getting a shake up! The times will stay the same, but the look will be slightly different. 

From Monday 1 May you can book into:

  • Quick HIIT (formerly HIIT) - a high intensity full body workout, using multiple short intervals to get your heart rate up and pumping.
  • Circuit Blitz (formerly X-Press) - a high energy 30-minute circuit style class, with a focus on muscle endurance, fitness and strength.
  • Functional Strength (formerly Strength) - a weights-focused class designed to help you build strength, increase muscle and overall fitness. With a focus on proper form and technique.
  • Hard Core (formerly Core) - a workout incorporating a variety of core focused exercises to challenge your abs, obliques, and lower back.

A friendly reminder that Small Group Training is exclusive to members with gym access.

Collingwood Leisure Centre

  • 1.15pm Empower+ on Monday and Wednesday 
  • 10.30am Body Balance on Tuesday
  • 5.30pm Pilates on Tuesday
  • 6.15am Body Pump (previously Body Step) on Friday

Richmond Recreation Centre

  • 10.30am Yoga on Sunday 

Fitzroy Swimming Pool

  • 5.15pm Circuit Blitz (previously Strength) on Tuesday

What's changed?

Class times

The following class times have changes:

  • Deep Water Running on Tuesday at Richmond – New time 6pm (formerly 5.15pm)
  • Zumba on Thursday at Collingwood - New time 9.15am (formerly 10.30am)
  • Pilates on Thursday at Collingwood - New time 10.30am (formerly 9.15am)

Classes paused

The following classes have been put on pause due to instructor availability or class occupancy:

Collingwood Leisure Centre

  • 10.30am Zumba Gold on Tuesday
  • 7.15pm X-Press on Wednesday

Fitzroy Swimming Pool

  • 6.15pm Strength on Friday

Richmond Recreation Centre

  • 5.30pm Zumba on Tuesday
  • 9.15am Aqua on Friday paused due to instructor availability*
  • 9.30am Spin on Friday changed to Virtual Spin
  • 8am Spin on Saturday changed to Virtual Spin
  • 4pm Yoga on Saturday
  • 10.30am Zumba Gold on Sunday

*We know how much you love this class, so we've added an extra Aqua class at 6.45pm Friday at Richmond for the next few weeks to make up for this favourite being on pause.

We're proud to offer 320+ classes across all our venues, we hope you can find a new one to jump into!
