A brand-new good times timetable

As the season changes, so does our timetable! We’re bringing you 14 fresh, vibrant, and juicy new classes at new times for the warmer months, starting Monday 10 October. 

What’s new? 

Fitzroy

  • 6.15am SwimFit class on Thursday (we now run 10 SwimFit classes per week at Fitzroy!)
  • 9.30am HIIT class on Thursday (used to be Strength)*
  • 9.15am Yoga class on Friday 

Collingwood 

  • 6.45pm Aqua on Thursday (used to be 7.15pm)
  • 9.15am Zumba on Monday is now a live class again
  • 5.30pm Zumba on Wednesday with a new instructor
  • 10.30am Zumba Gold on Tuesday with a new instructor
  • 9.15am Pilates on Friday with a new instructor
  • 6.15pm Spin on Wednesday

Richmond 

  • 6.15am and 7.15am HIIT45 on Monday 
  • 7.15am HIIT45 on Wednesday
  • 8.15am Pilates Basics on Wednesday with a new instructor
  • 9.15am Zumba Gold on Wednesday
  • 6.15am Deep Water Running on Thursday. Starts Thursday 20 October
  • 7.15am HIIT45 on Saturday. Starts Saturday 22 October 
  • 8am Spin on Saturday (used to be 7.15am). Starts Saturday 22 October 
  • 10.30am Zumba Gold on Sunday with a new instructor

Due to instructor unavailability and low occupancy, we've hit pause on the following classes:

Fitzroy

  • 12.30pm HIIT on Tuesday and Thursday at Fitzroy has been cancelled*
  • 4.30pm X-Press on Saturday at Fitzroy has been cancelled*
  • 4.30pm Strength on Sunday at Fitzroy has been cancelled*

Collingwood

  • 4.30pm HIIT on Saturday at Collingwood has been cancelled*

Richmond

  • 9.15am Body Pump on Monday at Richmond is now virtual
  • 6.15am SwimFit+ on Monday and Wednesday at Richmond has been cancelled
  • 6.15pm SwimFit on Monday and Wednesday at Richmond has been cancelled
  • 8.15am Aqua on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at Richmond has been cancelled
  • 6.15pm Spin on Wednesday at Richmond has been cancelled

We know that losing your favourite class is frustrating but we're proud to offer 340+ classes across all our venues, and we hope you can find a new fave to jump into!

*Classes marked with an asterisks are Small Group Training classes and are for members with gym access only.
