The group exercise room at Collingwood Leisure Centre has now reopened as scheduled on Tuesday 1 October following works that took place from Monday 16 September to Monday 30 September.

Group exercise classes will resume in the space as scheduled in the new group exercise timetable effective Tuesday 1 October. 

These works are part of Yarra City Council’s renewal program and capital works budget. 

We thank you for your patience during the works and hope you enjoy the refreshed space. 

What did the works involve?

We've refreshed the space with:

• new carpet
• installation of cupboards and storage areas
• new mirrors
• window tinting
• new insulation
• new internal roof
• new dimmable lighting
• painted walls.
