New Group Exercise and Yarra Triathlon timetables start Monday 8 January

Class types

Our new group exercise and Yarra Triathlon timetables will start on Monday 8 January.

We have made changes to the timetable in response to your feedback, class popularity, timetable structure and operational needs.

We have made a number of changes to this edition of the group exercise timetable so we encourage you to have a quick look to see if any of the classes you attend have been affected.

Key timetable changes

  • All 6am general program classes at Richmond Recreation Centre have moved to a new time slot of 6.15am.
  • We have increased the number of HIIT and X-Press sessions in our Small Group Training timetable.
  • CX WORX has been replaced by Circuit and Core sessions.
  • Yoga and Body Balance classes at Richmond Recreation Centre will now be held in the bigger Group Fitness studio.

Collingwood Leisure Centre

Class changes

  • Body Attack on Tuesday at 6.10am has changed style to Circuit.
  • Body Pump/CXWORX on Wednesday at 6.10am has changed style to Body Pump. 
  • Pilates on Thursday at 5.30pm has changed style to Body Balance.
  • Body Pump/CXWORX on Saturday at 4.30pm has changed style to Body Pump.
  • Core on Saturday at 5pm has changed style to HIIT.
  • HIIT on Sunday at 12 noon has changed time to 12.30pm.

Class cancellations

  • Yoga 1 on Friday at 5.30pm. 
  • X-Press on Sunday at 4pm.

Fitzroy Swimming Pool

Class changes

  • Core on Monday at 8am has changed style to X-Press. 
  • Pavi on Wednesday at 9.15am has changed style to HIIT.
  • Strength on Friday at 10.30am has changed style to X-Press.
  • Yoga 2&3 on Saturday at 11am has changed style to Yoga 1&2. 
  • Pavi on Sunday at 5pm  has changed style to X-Press.

Class cancellations

  • Core on Monday at 10.30am.
  • HIIT on Tuesday at 10.30am.
  • X-Press on Thursday at 10.30am.
  • Strength on Saturday at 4pm.

Richmond Recreation Centre

Class changes

  • Body Pump/CXWORX on Monday at 6am has changed style to Body Pump.
  • HIIT on Tuesday at 12 noon has changed time to 12.15pm.
  • CXWORX on Tuesday at 12.15pm has changed style to Circuit
  • Yoga 1 on Tuesday at 6.30pm has changed day to Monday at 6.30pm.
  • Aqua on Wednesday at 9.30am has changed time to 10.30am.
  • Strength on Thursday at 6am has changed style to X-Press.
  • X-Press on Thursday at 12 noon has changed time to 12.15pm.
  • Step/CXWORX on Friday at 6am has changed style to Step.
  • Core on Friday at at 6am has changed style to HIIT.
  • Strength on Saturday at 8am has changed style to X-Press. 
  • Pavi on Saturday at 5pm has changed style to Core.
  • HIIT on Sunday at 12 noon has changed time to 12.15pm.
  • Pavi on Sunday at 5pm has changed style to X-Press.

  • Body Balance on Monday at 6.30pm.
  • CXWORX on Thursday at 5.45pm.
  • Pilates 1 on Thursday at 6.30pm.

  • Core on Saturday at 6pm.
  • HIIT on Sunday at 7.15am.
  • Strength on Sunday at 6pm.
