The most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey was undertaken between 11 November and 20 November 2016. We would like to thank all participants who took part in this survey.
Yarra Leisure wishes to continue surveying members to monitor and improve customer service delivery and programs. The infographic below present the key finds to the Yarra Leisure community.
