From Friday 16 February to Saturday 17 February 2024, Fitzroy Swimming Pool will host the annual Fitzroy MS Mega Swim. The MS 24 Hour Mega Swim is a fun team relay event, suitable for any level of swimmer.

The MS 24 Hour Mega Swim is a fun team relay event where teams have a swimmer in the water for the entire 24 hours and compete for laps swum and money raised, in support for people living with multiple sclerosis.

People of all ages and abilities can take part in the event, with each team creating a roster to suit each swimmer. Some swim for 10 minutes, others for 4 hours!

How do I register?

Visit the MS Mega Swim website to register online. You can choose to register as an individual, join an existing team or create your own team.

Will the pool be closed to the public?

Yes, the pool will be closed to the public from 5.45pm Friday 16 February to 7pm Saturday 17 February.

It will reopen 7am Sunday 18 February.
