What equipment do I need?

  • If you have any weights or dumbells grab those. If  not, grab some filled up water bottles or weighted backpack. 

What is the workout? 

  • 5 exercises circuit-style
  • Do each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between exercises
  • Complete 3 rounds 

What are the exercises?

  • Devils Press 
  • Single Arm Overhead Alternating Lunges
  • Alternating Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
  • Squat Trusters
  • Sumo Deadlift with High Pull 

Complete cooldown stretches to finish.
