What is the workout?
30 sec each
- Arm circles
- Kick and punch
- Side step with arm raise
- Leg curls with arm pull
40 sec work with 20 sec rest and complete 3 rounds
- 10 high knee jog or march and 2 push ups
- Jumping jacks
- 4 reverse lunges and 2 burpees
- 1 squat with elbow to knee crunch
- 6 running climbers (fast) and 4 mountain climbers (slow)
- Elbow plank leg lifts
- Run and touch down
