- There will be no physical contact between students, families or staff unless it is required for safety reasons – 1.5 metres at all times!
- Children will be allocated their own piece of equipment for the entire class, these items will be sanitised after each lesson.
- If your child has a favourite toy they like to swim with, please bring it along.
To help us we ask that you:

Memberships
When will memberships be reactivated?
If you have an existing membership that has been paused since March 2020, your membership will automatically be reactivated on Monday 18 January. The first direct debit will occur on Thursday 4 February, giving you 17 days of free access to our centres.
How do I update my details?
Check out ‘My Account’ to find out how to update your account details, including your payment details to make sure they’re ready to go for Thursday 4 February.
Please note our payment provider charges $5 for any membership payment rejections which we are unable to refund, so make sure your details are correct to avoid this.
Will member access be back to normal?
You will need to scan your membership RFID band or card at reception when you arrive. Self serve access points will be activated from Monday 25 January. Group Exercise classes can still be booked online.
If you have misplaced your RFID band or card, please chat to our customer service staff at the venue and they will be able to provide you with a new one.
Is the members entry open at Richmond?
The members entry on Griffiths Street is currently closed. We will provide further information soon regarding a reopening date.
How do I suspend my membership?
If you’re not ready to reactivate we understand, if you need more time you can suspend your membership for up to 62 days. You’ll just need to email us at yarraleisure@yarracity.vic.gov.au before 5pm Monday 1 February.
If I suspend or cancel will I still get the casual member rate?
We are no longer offering the casual member rate. Only casual rates and membership payments will be available.
Things have changed for me, how do I opt-out?

We’re currently accepting new members in-person at our venues, so come and visit us at your nearest venue to join!
From Monday 25 January you can sign up online.
When will memberships be reactivated?
If you have an existing membership that has been paused since March 2020, your membership will automatically be reactivated on Monday 18 January. The first direct debit will occur on Thursday 4 February, giving you 17 days of free access to our centres.
How do I update my details?
Check out ‘My Account’ to find out how to update your account details, including your payment details to make sure they’re ready to go for Thursday 4 February.
Please note our payment provider charges $5 for any membership payment rejections which we are unable to refund, so make sure your details are correct to avoid this.
Will member access be back to normal?
You will need to scan your membership RFID band or card at reception when you arrive. Self serve access points will be activated from Monday 25 January. Group Exercise classes can still be booked online.
If you have misplaced your RFID band or card, please chat to our customer service staff at the venue and they will be able to provide you with a new one.
Is the members entry open at Richmond?
The members entry on Griffiths Street is currently closed. We will provide further information soon regarding a reopening date.

We are no longer offering the casual member rate. Only casual rates and membership payments will be available.
