Box with Bill

Say g'day to Bill! He's one of our amazing gym instructors and he's been a fitness fanatic all his life; doing Taekwondo, playing footy, smashing 9 pier to pubs and recently turning his hand (or fist) to boxing! Here he is with a "punchy" little exercise you can do literally anywhere, enjoy!

  • Stretch first
  • skip or jog on the spot for 5 mins
  • shadow boxing for 2 mins
  • 10 sprawls / 10 punches
  • 10 squat jumps / 10 lunge jumps
  • 10 push ups with 3 second hold
  • 20 bicycle crunches
  • 20 flutter kicks
  • 10 in and outs
  • V sits with rotation
  • 10 Supermans

Repeat 10 times!
