Temporary closure of leisure centres and golf course

In line with Victorian Government circuit breaker restrictions, our leisure centres and golf course will be closed until further notice.  

When will our venues reopen? 

We will provide you with an update as soon as a reopening date has been confirmed by the Victorian Government. 

What happens to my bookings? 

All active bookings for any of our services for the period of closure will be cancelled. 

We will be applying credits to your online account if you paid for a class online. There is nothing you need to do, the credit will appear in the ‘My Purchases’ section of the online portal. 

What’s happening with my membership or visit pass? 

Members 

All memberships have automatically been paused. You will not be charged for the period of closure. 

Direct debit members

Your membership payment was processed on Thursday 27 May and you were not charged for the initial closure period (Friday 28 May to Thursday 3 June).  

As the closure has now been extended, we will apply a credit to your account for all additional days of closure. 

Upfront members

Your current expiry date will be adjusted to reflect the period of closure. 

Aquatic programs 

Direct debit members

Your membership payment was processed on Thursday 27 May and you were not charged for any classes missed due to the initial period of closure (Friday 28 May to Thursday 3 June).  

A credit will be placed on your account for any additional classes missed due to the extended period of closure. 

Upfront learn to swim students

You will receive a credit for lessons that are missed due to our venue closures. The credits will be automatically applied to your account. 

Visit pass holders 

Visit pass expiry dates will be extended to cover the period of the closure.
