During February and March, Fitzroy Swimming Pool and Richmond Recreation Centre are hosting a number of large pool bookings which we want you to be aware of before coming down for a swim as they will impact our lane availability.

When are the bookings and how many lanes are available?

Thursday 11 February at Fitzroy

• 9.15am to 12.45pm
• 2 lanes available

Friday 19 February at Fitzroy

• 9.30am to 1pm 
• 6 lanes available

Monday 22 February at Fitzroy

• 9.30am to 12.30pm - 4 lanes available 
• 1.15pm to 2.45pm - 5 lanes available

Tuesday 23 February at Fitzroy

• 9.45am to 2pm
• 5 lanes available

Thursday 25 February at Fitzroy

•  9.30am to 1pm
• 4 lanes available

Friday 26 February (MS Mega Swim) at Fitzroy

• 5.45pm Friday 26 February to 7pm Saturday 27 February
• The 50m pool will be closed to the public from 5.45pm Friday 26 February to 7pm Saturday 27 February. The 50m pool will reopen to the public at 7am Sunday 28 February.
• The toddler pool, spa, sauna and steam room will remain open. 

Monday 1 March at Fitzroy

• 1.15pm to 2.45pm
• 5 lanes available

Tuesday 2 March at Fitzroy

• 9.45am to 2.45pm
• 2 lanes available

Lane availability is inclusive of aqua play and is subject to change. Additional bookings may occur in line with our lane booking policy. To find the most up to date lane availability information, please check our weekly lane availability schedule.

SwimFit Express class cancellations at Fitzroy Swimming Pool

Some SwimFit Express classes at Fitzroy have been cancelled due to carnivals and large bookings:

• Thursday 11 February: 9.30am to 10.30am
• Tuesday 23 February: 9.30am to 10.30am
• Thursday 25 February: 9.30am to 10.30am
• Tuesday 2 March: 9.30am to 10.30am
