New group exercise timetable effective Monday 1 February

We’ve got some super exciting news, our new group exercise timetable will begin Monday 1 February 2021!

This means there’s a bunch more class styles, class times and plenty of opportunity to move your body. 

What’s changed?

  • More sessions throughout the week
  • New 30 minute virtual group exercise classes at Richmond and Collingwood
  • The return of 30 minute and 45 minute ICG virtual studio coach and ICG virtual tour coach spin classes at Richmond and Collingwood 
  • The return of Small Group Training sessions at all gyms
  • New HIIT 45 classes replacing functional circuit which involves multiple short intervals using a variety of equipment to get you fit, fast.
  • 10 new Living Longer Living Stronger sessions at Richmond
  • Striving for Maximum Strength and Cerebral Palsy programs now available Monday to Friday at Richmond
  • Striving for Maximum Strength program returning to Collingwood Leisure Centre
  • SwimFit sessions now available at all centres with 3 new SwimFit Pace classes at Collingwood.
