Memberships are being reactivated

As we return to full service, we are super excited to announce that all paused memberships will be reactivated from Monday 18 January. 

The first direct debit payment will occur on Thursday 4 February giving all current members 17 days of free access to our facilities.  

I’m keen to come back but I’m not sure if my details are up to date? 

Check out ‘My Account’ to find out how to update your account details, including your payment details to make sure they’re ready to go for Thursday 4 February.

Please note our payment provider charges $5 for any membership payment rejections which we are unable to refund, so make sure your details are correct to avoid this.   

But wait, I don’t want to reactivate now!  

I want to suspend my membership 

If you’re not ready to reactivate we understand, if you need more time you can suspend your membership for up to 62 days. You’ll just need to email us at yarraleisure@yarracity.vic.gov.au before 5pm Monday 1 February. 

Things have changed for me, how do I opt out? 

If you no longer want your Yarra Leisure membership you can cancel by emailing us at yarraleisure@yarracity.vic.gov.au by 5pm Monday 1 February. In your email, please state your desire to opt out and include your full name and mobile number.  

When your membership has been cancelled you will receive a confirmation email. 

I'm on an upfront term membership, what does this mean for me? 

Your membership has been reactivated. Your expiry date has been extended to reflect our period of closure and how many days you had remaining on your membership as of Tuesday 17 March 2020. 

How do I suspend?

Once we have received your cancellation request we will contact you to discuss your options. 

I’m not a current or paused member but I would like to join, can I?  

We’re currently accepting new members in-person. Come and visit us at your nearest venue to join. 

From Monday 25 January you can sign up online.
