Temporary closure of leisure centres and golf course

We have temporarily closed our leisure centres and golf course, to try to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) within our workforce and the community.
Richmond Recreation Centre, Fitzroy Swimming Pool, Collingwood Leisure Centre, Collingwood Estate Gym and Burnley Golf Course are closed until further notice.
Burnley Golf Course will reopen on Thursday 14 May. Find out what changes are in place and how you can book your round.
All programs, including group exercise classes, learn to swim, squad sessions and golf clinics will be paused during the closure period.
When will the leisure centres and golf course close?
- Collingwood Leisure Centre close at 9pm, Tuesday 17 March
- Fitzroy Swimming Pool will close at 9pm, Tuesday 17 March
- Richmond Recreation Centre will close at 10pm, Tuesday 17 March
- Collingwood Estate Gym will close at 8pm, Tuesday 17 March
- Burnley Golf Course will close at 9am, Saturday 28 March
What’s happening with my membership or visit pass?
All payments have been paused for the duration of the closure so you will not be charged. You don't need to apply for a suspension.
Members
All direct debit memberships have automatically been paused for the duration of the closure. You will not be charged for the period of time we are closed.
Upfront memberships have automatically been paused for the duration of the closure. This period will be added to your current expiry date.
Aquatic programs
All direct debit learn to swim and Open Age Squad memberships have automatically been paused for the duration of the closure. You will not be charged for the period of time we are closed.
Learn to swim and aquatic enrolments that have already been paid will receive a credit for lessons that are cancelled.
Visit pass holders
Visit pass expiry dates will be extended to cover the period of the closure.
