The new group fitness classes explained

Noticed some new class names on the latest timetable?

We have been trialing some new group fitness classes using the latest functional training equipment. Thanks to your feedback and attendance, we are now pleased to offer you the following new classes:

Circuit HIIT

A 45 minute high intensity interval training circuit.

Class style: This is a high energy class combining strength training and cardio intervals to get you to your best! 

Equipment: Kettle bells, ski ergos, air dynes, dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, rowers, power bands, machine weights and more.

Location: Richmond Gym 2.

Functional Circuit

A 45 minute functional training circuit.

Class style: a dynamic class combining body weight exercises and latest functional training equipment to get you feeling fit, strong and energised.

Equipment: Body weight exercises, battle ropes, plyometrics, power bands and more.

Location: Richmond and Collingwood group fitness studios.

Power Core

A freestyle class focusing on core strength and stabilisation.

Class style: a stage led full body workout guaranteed to get your core firing and leave you feeling POWERful!

Equipment: body weight exercises, steps, barbells, functional training equipment and more.

Location: Richmond and Collingwood group fitness studios.

Pump Core

A 45 minute fusion class combining Body Pump and Core.

Class style: a stage led movement to music class that provides the ultimate full body workout.

Equipment: body weight exercises, steps, weight plates, barbells, power tubes and more.

Location: Richmond and Collingwood group fitness studios.

These classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a gym towel and water bottle.
