Yarra Triathlon sessions cancelled 2, 3 and 6 July

We wish to advise that the following Yarra Triathlon sessions have been cancelled:
- Monday 2 July: 6pm - Run Squad
- Tuesday 3 July: 6pm - Ergo
- Friday 6 July: 6am - Long Run.
Session plans and alternate classes
Head Coach Michael Pratt has prepared run session plans (PDF, 294kb) and ergo session plans (PDF, 214kb) for those that wish to continue with their training.
Alternatively, you may wish to attend the following classes:
Monday 2 July
- 6pm - Spin, Richmond Recreation Centre
- 6:15pm - HIIT Small Group Training, Richmond Recreation Centre
- 6:30pm - Swim Squad, Fitzroy Swimming Pool
Tuesday 3 July
- 6pm - Spin, Richmond Recreation Centre
- 6pm - Strength, Collingwood Leisure Centre
- 7.30pm - Pump, Collingwood Leisure Centre
- 7.30pm - Virtual RPM, Collingwood Leisure Centre
Friday 6 July
- 6am - Swim Squad at Fitzroy Swimming Pool
- 6am - HIIT Small Group Training, Richmond Recreation Centre
- 6am - Spin, Richmond Recreation Centre
