New group exercise timetable starts Monday 2 July

Our new group exercise timetable will start on Monday 2 July.

We have made changes to the timetable in response to your feedback, class popularity, timetable structure and operational needs.

Key timetable changes

  • All 5pm Small Group Training classes (Monday to Friday) at Richmond Recreation Centre have moved to a new start time of 5.15pm.

A summary of timetable changes for each centre is listed below.

Collingwood Leisure Centre

Class changes

  • Spin on Monday at 6.10am has changed style to Virtual RPM.
  • Spin on Wednesday at 6pm has changed style to Virtual RPM. 

Class cancellations

  • Deep Water Running at 6.15am on Wednesday. 
  • Core at 7pm on Friday.
  • HIIT at 5pm on Saturday.
  • HIIT at1 12.30pm on Sunday.
  • X-Press at 5pm on Sunday.

Fitzroy Swimming Pool

Class changes

  • Pavi on Monday at 6.10am has changed style to HIIT. 
  • CXWORX on Monday at 7.30pm has changed style to Circuit. 
  • X-Press on Monday at 8pm has changed style to Core.
  • Strength on Wednesday at 12.30pm has changed style to X-Press.
  • BodyPump on Wednesday at 5.30pm has changed style to Pilates.
  • CXWORX on Thursday at 5.30pm has changed style to Circuit.

Class cancellations

  • Pavi on Saturday at 10.30am.
  • Pavi on Sunday at 5pm.

Richmond Recreation Centre

Class changes

  • Circuit on Thursday at 6.15am and 7am has moved upstairs to the group fitness studio.
  • Circuit on Tuesday at 12.15pm has moved to Gym 2.
  • HIIT on Tuesday at 5.30pm has changed to a new start time of 5.45pm.
  • X-Press on Tuesday and Friday at 6pm has changed to a new start time of 6.15pm.
  • Strength on Thursday at 6.15pm has changed style to HIIT.
  • BodyStep on Friday at 6.15am has changed style to BodyPump.

Class cancellations

  • BodyPump on Monday at 6.15am. 
  • HIIT on Tuesday at 12.15pm.
  • Spin on Tuesday at 7pm.
  • X-Press on Thursday at 12.15pm.
