1. Log in to your account

2. Choose your new membership type
Please note, for concession specific membership types you will need to sign up in a venue so we can confirm eligibility. Please bring with you an eligible current concession card or any relevant documentation.
- Click Account and select Contract details from the dropdown menu
- Click Add new contract/Upgrade current contract
- Choose your preferred home club and select 'Buy in current club'
- Choose your preferred payment plan and select 'next'
- Choose your preferred membership type (Gold, Silver or Bronze) and select 'next'
- Choose what day in the next 14 days you would like to start your contract and select 'next'

*Please note: we charge fortnightly for direct debit, so if your start date is before our next payment day you will need to pay a pro-rata fee for the days leading up to this payment day. We suggest starting your membership on the day you wish to first visit us.
3. Review your new membership
- To review the terms and conditions, select 'Details'
- Tick 'I agree to the terms and conditions', complete the online signature process and select 'Ok'
- Tick 'I have read and understood the appropriate terms and conditions' and select 'Next'.
4. Choose your payment method
- Select your preferred payment method (bank details or credit card/debit card) for your contract and select 'next'.
Important note: Even though you are an existing member you will need to re-enter your preferred payment method. If you don't complete this step your new membership will not be processed correctly.
Bank details
- Enter your bank details. Please note, these details you enter will be linked to your contract for all future payments, but you can change your payment details when needed.
- You will be taken to the payment gateway to make your initial payment which will need to be made by a credit/debit card.
- Make payment.
Credit/debit card
- Enter your credit/debit card details. Please note, these details you enter will be linked to your contract for all future payments, but you can change your payment details when needed.
- Make payment.
Contract confirmation
- You will receive an email confirming your new membership.

Chat to our friendly staff next time you come in for a workout or swim, our wonderful customer service team can help you. If you go for this option, please be patient with our team and factor in additional time for your visit.
Please note: When our direct debit service provider is processing your fortnightly direct debit, no changes to your membership plan can be made until your membership payment has cleared. This process usually takes 5 days (Thursday through to Tuesday). During this time you will not be able to change to a new membership type.
