Elliot has been involved in sport and exercise from a young age, and from this involvement came an interest in Strength and Conditioning. From time spent at Yarra Leisure and two positions in the Victorian Football League, Elliot has developed a hands-on approach and an ability to work flexibly with a variety of backgrounds and abilities, and is an avid supporter of using exercise to improve physical and psychological well-being.
His education includes exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, sports psychology, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Additionally, Elliot possesses an athletic history involving the Victorian Institute of Sport and Hockey Australia, providing him with a great insight into the requirements and development of aspiring and current athletes.
