September Gym Challenge at Collingwood

Saturday 01 September 2018 - Sunday 30 September 2018

Test your fitness with our September challenge workout and be rewarded with some fantastic prizes and giveaways!

This month we're mixing things up with a circuit style challenge, and ANYBODY can win!

Circuit challenge:

Complete 3 rounds of the following circuit, in order:

  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats
  • 10 step back lunges (5 each side)
  • 10 bench dips
  • 400m treadmill run.

You don't have to be the fastest or best – just complete the workout to earn your entry into the prize draw!

For those that want an extra challenge, complete 3 rounds of the above circuit as fast as you can! 

Prizes

A random prize draw will be drawn at each centre to win 1 month of FREE membership.

We will also be giving out random spot prizes to participants, including:

  • 1 x 30 minute personal training session
  • Yarra Leisure gym towels and drink bottles.

How to enter

  1. Familiarize yourself with each exercise and the order they are to be completed in.
  2. Set up a safe place in order to complete your challenge.
  3. Notify the Gym Instructor that you are about to begin.
  4. Complete the challenge as fast – and safely – as you can!

The challenge is on at Collingwood, Richmond and Fitzroy for the entire month of September! Prizes will be drawn and winners notified in the first week of October.
