April gym challenge at Richmond

Gym challenges are back! Test your fitness each month with a new challenge and be rewarded with some fantastic prizes and giveaways. 

Our gym challenges are for every fitness level. You don't have to be the fastest or strongest to win, there are also prizes for the most improved at each centre.

Give it a go – you might surprise yourself!

April gym challenge: rowing machine   

Challenge 1: the greatest distance rowed in 2 minutes.
Challenge 2: the greatest improvement from first to second attempt.

The challenge starts on Monday 16 April and runs until close of business on Monday 30 April.

How to enter

  1. Complete one of these challenges using the instructions in the gym and at reception.
  2. Take a photo of your result and have it witnessed and verified by a Gym Instructor.
  3. Your entry will be recorded on the results poster.

Multiple attempts are allowed, so you can enter as often as you like.

Instructions on how to set up the rowing machine for the challenge will be available in the gym and at reception. Our friendly Gym Instructors are also on hand to help you get started – just ask! 


Challenge 1: One month FREE membership for the male and female winners at each centre.
Challenge 2: Personal training pack (3 x 30 minute sessions) for the most improved between first and second attempt at each centre.

We'll also be giving a way a spot prize of a towel and drink bottle combo from all registered attempts.
